Experience the Foggy Heights in Tagaytay. Tagaytay is located at the south of Luzon. This place in Cavite is known in Asia because of Taal Volcano, the smallest volcano located in a lake. Take Tagaytay by a bus. It's almost 3 hours away from the capital city of Manila.
